Terms of Use & Membership Policies
1. Introduction
By purchasing a membership, class pass, retreat, or participating in any services offered by Gravity Movement Gym (“Gravity”, “we”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies.
These Terms apply to all services, bookings, and participation at Gravity Movement Gym.
2. Key Policies (Quick Summary)
Before purchasing, please note the following key policies:

Memberships and class passes cannot be paused, frozen, or extended

Memberships and class passes cannot be shared, transferred, or resold

Class credits expire automatically at the end of the validity period

Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class to avoid losing the credit

Classes can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before class

Classes require a minimum of 2 participants

Class availability is not guaranteed, and members should book in advance

3. Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical training carries inherent risks including injury, illness, or other health complications.
By attending classes or participating in activities at Gravity Movement Gym, you confirm that:
• You are physically capable of participating in exercise
• You will inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions
• You accept full responsibility for your participation
Participants must follow instructor guidance and train within their personal limits.
Gravity Movement Gym, its owners, staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries or damages that may occur during participation.
4. Memberships & Class Passes
Gravity offers memberships, class passes, and other training packages with defined validity periods.
All memberships and class passes:
• Begin on the purchase or activation date
• Are valid only for the stated time period
• Are non-transferable and non-shareable
• Must be used only by the registered member
Memberships and class passes cannot be transferred, resold, or given to another person, even if unused sessions remain.
Gravity reserves the right to cancel or void memberships used by anyone other than the registered member.
Members are responsible for using their sessions within the validity period.
Class credits not used within the validity period expire automatically.
5. No Freezes or Extensions
Memberships and class passes cannot be paused, frozen, or extended.
This includes circumstances such as:
• Travel
• Illness or injury
• Scheduling conflicts
• Missed classes
• Personal reasons
Members are encouraged to plan their training schedule in advance.
6. Booking Classes
All classes must be booked through Gravity’s booking system or at reception.
Because class sizes are limited, members are encouraged to book in advance.
Walk-ins may be accepted only if space allows.
Memberships and class passes allow access to book available classes within the validity period but do not guarantee availability for any specific class time.
Gravity reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or services as needed.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Members may cancel a class booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled class time.
Members may reschedule bookings up to 1 hour before class.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class credit being forfeited.
Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
6. Waitlist
If a class is fully booked, members may join the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, waitlisted members may be automatically added to the class and notified through the booking system.
Members are responsible for monitoring their booking status.
7. Late Arrival Policy
To maintain class quality and safety, participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may lose their spot in the class.
For safety and to avoid disruption, participants may not join a class once the warm-up portion of the session has ended.
10. Minimum Class Attendance
Each class requires a minimum of two participants.
If fewer than two participants are booked, Gravity may cancel the class.
Participants will be notified and any class credit will be returned.
11. Payments & Pricing
Gravity accepts payments through:
• Credit cards
• Cash
• Bank transfers
• QR payments
• Online payment processors (Omise)
All prices are listed in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise.
Gravity reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
Price changes do not affect previously purchased memberships or passes.
12. Gym Rules & Equipment Use
Gravity Movement Gym is a shared training environment.
Members must:
• Follow instructor guidance
• Use equipment responsibly
• Return equipment after use
• Maintain appropriate hygiene
• Spray and wipe-down equipment after use
Members may be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Only active members or paying participants may use gym equipment.
Visitors or café guests may not access training equipment.
Members are responsible for their own personal property. To keep valuable items safe, please consider using one of our lockers. Keys are available at reception.
13. Facility Rules
To maintain safety and cleanliness:
• Footwear is not permitted on the grey MMA mats or group training areas
• Footwear may be optional in designated functional training areas
• Footwear must be worn on treadmills or similar machines
Individuals who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to use the facility.
Gravity reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who may pose a safety risk.
14. Media & Privacy
Members and visitors may take photos or videos within the facility while respecting the privacy of others.
Gravity Movement Gym may occasionally capture photos or videos during classes, events, or training sessions for promotional or marketing purposes.
By attending classes or events, you grant Gravity permission to use such media for business and promotional use.
Please inform us if you would prefer not to be a part opf such photos/videos/media.
Gravity Movement Gym does not guarantee specific fitness results or outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Gravity is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation or services.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gravity Movement Gym and its staff against claims arising from:
• misuse of equipment
• violation of these policies
• actions that cause harm to other members
Gravity is not responsible for service interruptions, website downtime, or booking system outages.These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussion or mediation.
Gravity Movement Gym reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future purchases and bookings.
