Class Description
Build from the ground up — starting with the fundamental kettlebell skills that develop real, usable strength, then weaving those skills into training blocks and flows. Each session is designed to progress with you, whether you're picking up a kettlebell for the first time or refining movement patterns you've been building for years. Expect to leave stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in how your body moves.

Cancellation Policy
• All classes and private training sessions must be booked in advance through the Gravity Movement Gym booking system. Members are encouraged to book early as class sizes are limited. • Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class or session, or failure to attend, may result in the class or session credit being forfeited. • Bookings may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. • If a class is fully booked, members may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted participants may be automatically added and notified through the booking system. Members are responsible for monitoring their booking status. • Participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may lose their reserved spot and may not be permitted to join once the warm-up portion of the class has ended. • Each group class requires a minimum of two participants. If fewer than two participants are booked, the class may be cancelled and any credit returned. • By booking a class or session, participants agree to these policies.
