Confidence, Strength & Balance Upside Down


Class Description

Master the art of balance and control in this focused class. Develop wrist and shoulder strength, core stability, and body awareness through drills designed to build confidence on your hands. Get ready to elevate your practice, one handstand at a time! This is an intermediate level class; requiring full shoulder flexion, strong and mobile wrists, and foundational pushing strength (we recommend 5+ push ups).

Cancellation Policy

Participants must pre-book at least 2 hours before class online or at reception. Walk-ins may be accepted if space allows. Classes require at least two participants or they will be canceled, and participants notified. Cancel at least 2 hours before a class to avoid losing a credit or fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their spot to a walk-in.
