Class Description

Develop your strength, endurance and muscle tone, through circuits that alternate free body movements and movements that require the use of equipment such as barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells. Classes include gymnastics exercises, weightlifting exercises and monostructural exercises (cardio) scaled to every level. Beginners are welcome, while advanced athletes will be challenged!
