Cancellation Policy
• All classes and private training sessions must be booked in advance through the Gravity Movement Gym booking system. Members are encouraged to book early as class sizes are limited. • Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class or session, or failure to attend, may result in the class or session credit being forfeited. • Bookings may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. • If a class is fully booked, members may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted participants may be automatically added and notified through the booking system. Members are responsible for monitoring their booking status. • Participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may lose their reserved spot and may not be permitted to join once the warm-up portion of the class has ended. • Each group class requires a minimum of two participants. If fewer than two participants are booked, the class may be cancelled and any credit returned. • By booking a class or session, participants agree to these policies.
