About the event
In place of our usual Strength class, we'll be running a 90 minute session starting with a mobility warm up, followed by interactive movement games, and finishing with a Strength circuit! This session will be beginner friendly, but we will also be ready to challenge more advanced athletes! Following the class, we'll celebrate the holidays with post-workout protein shakes, music, and a view! A maximum of 20 participants can join in the class, but the after party is open to all!
