1. Booking & Payment A deposit is required to confirm your retreat booking and is non-refundable in all cases. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Early payment is encouraged to secure accommodation and retreat dates. All transfer, PayPal, Wise, or banking fees are the guest’s responsibility. 2. Accommodation If accommodation is included, Gravity Samui will book it on your behalf. Gravity Samui is not liable for any issues with third-party providers, including service, facilities, or conditions of stay. 3. Health, Safety & Insurance All participation in training, therapy, and activities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions before training. Comprehensive travel and health insurance (covering medical expenses, accidents, injuries, and trip cancellations) is required for the full duration of stay. 4. Sessions & Services Retreat packages may include private sessions, treatments, or community events. Scheduling is flexible and arranged upon arrival. Gravity Samui may reschedule or assign alternative practitioners if needed. 5. Conduct & Community Guests must act respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the local community. Inappropriate behavior or violation of rules may result in termination without refund. Participation in community events is optional. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments beyond the deposit may be refunded only at Gravity Samui’s discretion. No refunds apply for unused services or early departure once the retreat begins. 7. Liability Waiver Gravity Samui, its staff, and partners accept no liability for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses during the retreat—whether inside or outside the gym. This includes transportation incidents involving motorbikes, automobiles, taxis, or transfers arranged independently or with third parties. Guests participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for their own safety and belongings. 8. Force Majeure Gravity Samui is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. 9. Agreement By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
